Summary:
The name of the book I read is Tree Sharks the story of Nelson Mandela. Last time I forgot to say that. At that time in South Africa, Dutch ruled the country. They made law in order to segregate black and white. For example, black couldn't enter the areas that white lived in. Black couldn't have class, go to hosptial, restaurant, etc, which is only for white. Mandela recruited volunteers and organized a group against the apartheid laws. However, he was arrested. He was put into a prison in a isolated island. He said: I just hope we will be equal."
Reaction:
After I read it, I think Nelson Mandela was a great leader. In a such tough situation, he never gave up the hope. He said he didn't want to use the weapon to kill people, he wanted to solve the problem by peace way. He said everyone was common, everyone had a kind heart. It encouraged me. I love to read it. It makes me learn a lot. I think some ideas which Mandela said can also use in today's life. It's worth learning from him.
Awesome ! you encouraged me to read historical book about Africa . Also you remind me of Obama father's he didn't care about how people think about him because he is black . He continued his study in the US and he was very intelligent guy . I believe that the difference between us is our talents and how we contribute the achievement process . Treating other badly because of his race is unfair at all !
